Seeking a Lead Automation Architect to oversee quality assurance efforts and drive automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and BDD (Cucumber/Gherkin).
  • Perform manual and automated testing for high-quality product delivery across web, API, and integration layers.
  • Create feature files with clear, business-oriented scenarios and maintain reusable step definitions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Implement Page Object Model (POM) for maintainable automation.
  • Build and extend core framework utilities such as wrappers, waits, retry mechanisms, and driver handling.
  • Ensure clean code practices in test automation frameworks.
  • Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to process improvements.
Required Skills & Expertise:Core QA Automation Skills:
  • Selenium WebDriver
    • Advanced knowledge of WebDriver APIs, custom waits, element handling, and synchronization issues.
  • BDD (Cucumber/Gherkin)
    • Writing business-readable feature files.
    • Mapping steps correctly to ensure reusability and modularity.
  • Java
    • Strong OOP concepts (inheritance, abstraction, polymorphism).
    • Clean code practices with SOLID principles.
    • Exception handling and custom exception creation.
