Regional Sales Lead for Fleet Management Services

As a key member of the BlackBuck team, you will be responsible for driving business development activities for our Services Platform offerings in a specific region or state.
Key Responsibilities:- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and potential for our existing or upcoming offerings in the region.
- Business Growth: Ensure the achievement of key business financial metrics for the region, including sales targets and revenue growth.
- Customer Acquisition: Lead the entire customer acquisition process, from initial contact to onboarding and service delivery.
- Team Management: Build and manage a high-performing team of sales associates, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their success.
- Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with on-boarded customers, resolving issues and ensuring their continued satisfaction.
- Initiatives: Drive key initiatives related to the launch of new categories or improving the performance of existing categories in the market.
- Insights Sharing: Share critical insights on customer experience and market adoption of new offerings with the Category and Product teams.
- Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance the BlackBuck brand and increase market penetration.
- Experience: 3-8 years of experience in a business development or sales leadership role.
- Educational Qualification: MBA degree from a recognized institution.
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in managing large field sales teams and driving high-growth trajectories for business. Experience in OEM Truck Dealerships, Truck Finance and Insurance companies, or the Tyre segment is an added advantage.
