We are seeking a highly skilled leader to spearhead our Silicon Design Engineering team. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge IP solutions, driving technical excellence and innovation across the organization.

This role requires a deep understanding of design implementation and flows, tools and methodologies. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated experience in leading front-end design and integration of sub-systems for complex SOCs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing design and front-end integration teams
  • Driving design execution using technical expertise and mentoring engineers
  • Defining and implementing RTL design methodologies and best practices
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve high-quality design and successful tape-out

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong design experience in ASIC designs, RTL design in Verilog/System Verilog, preferably in complex SOC like CPU/GPU
  • Modern SOC tools such as Spyglass, Questa CDC, Cadence Conformal Low Power, VCS simulation
  • Experience with power domains and power islands using UPF flows and Cadence Conformal Low Power
  • Expertise in circuit timing/STA and practical experience with Prime Time or equivalent tools
  • Hands-on experience with TCL, Perl, Python scripting
