We seek an accomplished Bancassurance Professional to spearhead sales through our associate bank branches in Surat.

  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH PARTNER BANK BRANCHES AND DRIVE INSURANCE SALES THROUGH THE BANCASSURANCE CHANNEL.
  • Train and motivate bank staff to generate referrals and leads.
  • Maintain excellent customer service and ensure high persistency of business.
  • Monitor and report branch performance for continuous business growth.

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum 2+ years of sales experience in Insurance or BFSI sector is required.
  • Graduate in any discipline is essential.
  • Strong communication & relationship-building skills are necessary.
  • The ability to work independently and achieve sales goals is crucial.
