Job Title:

We are looking for a highly strategic and analytical Finance Manager to partner with our Business Operations team and drive financial insights and profitability for our digital media business.

This role is critical in tracking Return on Investment (RoI), monitoring partner-level profitability, and providing actionable recommendations that enable sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Business Finance and Strategy with the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

As a strategic finance partner, you will support revenue growth and operational efficiency for Business Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams.

You will analyze revenue data & trends, pricing changes, product launches, and market shifts to identify growth opportunities and areas for optimization.

You will develop, maintain, and enhance financial models, scenario analyses, and dashboards to track sales performance, and RoI across key business verticals.

You will own annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning for sales-related revenue and expenses, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.

You will drive periodic financial reviews and business performance analysis, providing commercial insights and strategic recommendations.

You will support ad hoc financial analysis and strategic initiatives to improve decision-making and drive business performance.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or a similar strategic finance role
  • Prior experience in digital media, technology, or high-growth environments preferred
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and data interpretation skills
  • Ability to simplify complex financial concepts and communicate effectively with non-finance stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA from Tier 1 institute or CPA a plus)
