Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to our marketing strategy by leveraging social media to acquire and retain customers">
  • Develop and execute plans to grow market share by developing social media marketing programs across all products">
  • Maintain research databases by identifying and assembling marketing information">
  • Develop current and long-term market forecasts via research, analysis of market data">
  • Develop new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources">

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role with a consumer-facing organization or B2C startup">
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field from a premier institute">
  • Past experience with a financial services company will be beneficial">
  • Digitally and socially savvy, aware of global and India FinTech trends">
  • Proficient in all relevant social media tools">
  • Fluent in English communication, confident, articulate, and self-motivated">
  • Creativity to lead campaigns, define target audiences, and knowledge of consumer behavior">
  • Excellent writing and editing skills to drive the end-to-end customer communication journey">
