Job Title: Digital Content Strategist

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Strategist to develop and implement comprehensive content plans that drive engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of personal finance topics, as well as expertise in creating compelling and informative content for various audience segments.

Responsibilities:
  • Define content IPs and formats (episodic, explainers, interviews, etc.) to engage our target audience
  • Recommend topics based on audience needs and market trends (demographics) to ensure relevance and timeliness
  • Review scripts for accuracy, clarity, and simplicity to maintain high-quality standards
  • Ensure messaging aligns with financial regulations and channel goals to minimize risk
  • Set the tone of voice (e.g., conversational, expert yet friendly) to resonate with our audience
  • Help balance educational value with takeaways for audience to create a engaging experience
  • Suggest visual styles and reference formats that suit financial content to enhance user experience
  • Review pilot episodes or sample videos for feedback to ensure quality
  • Ensure financial information is accurate and not misleading to build trust with our audience
  • Stay updated on changes in personal finance laws/regulations if needed to remain compliant
  • Guide content for different audience segments (young earners, families, retirees) to cater to diverse needs
  • Suggest growth strategies (collabs, playlists, community-building) to expand our reach
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of content and campaigns across digital platforms, providing insights for optimization to improve performance


Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A sound understanding of personal finance topics (e.g., saving, investing, insurance, taxation) to ensure content credibility and relevance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with writers, designers, video editors, and compliance teams
