Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Helpdesk Technician to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing technical assistance to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to our Bounteous Apple & Windows laptop fleet
- Set up and configure equipment for employee use, including laptops, operating systems, and software
- Manage and maintain various applications and systems, including password resets and user account creation
- Assist with the full device lifecycle, including purchasing, deployment, and decommissioning
- Evaluate and resolve complex technical issues escalated from other teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience with Office 365 user administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Skills:
- BA/BS in Computer Science and/or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience with Apple Mac support
- SolarWinds Service Manager experience
- Microsoft Endpoint Management (Intune) experience
