We are seeking a highly skilled Helpdesk Expert to join our team at TransPerfect.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Desk or Helpdesk or Technical Support, with a minimum of three years of experience.

The role involves providing technical support to end-users in a 24/7 online environment, including diagnosing and resolving technical issues, gathering information, and following standard processes and procedures.

Additional requirements include strong reasoning and analytical skills, knowledge of computer fundamentals, web applications, and troubleshooting techniques, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or online ticketing system
  • Gather information to determine complete requirements and break down tasks into associated sub-tasks
  • Diagnose and resolve application, infrastructure, use case, and software issues
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Follow standard processes and procedures
  • Evaluate and escalate priority issues to appropriate teams and resources
