Job Description

You will be responsible for leading projects and managing project teams to ensure timely delivery and quality results.

  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, PMO, and IT teams, to plan and execute infrastructure and system implementations for client or internal technology approved projects.
  • This individual will join our organization and support technical project management endeavors for internal enterprise and clients outsourcing services.
  • Project oversight will span multiple areas, including technical implementation of client programs, site builds, data center migrations, network and firewall setup, integration of SaaS cloud partner configurations, and other program technical functional area dependencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing detailed work plans for projects and supporting project team members in creating a formal WBS for their work.
  • Identifying project scope, timeline, budget, and success measures.
  • Providing immediate conflict resolution and timely issue escalations.
  • Managing and guiding internal technical functional areas.
  • Creating presentations for project kick-off and closure.
  • Conducting formal risk management activities throughout the life cycle of the project.
  • Ensuring timely resolution of all pre- and post-production issues meeting or exceeding SLAs.
  • Prioritizing production implementation and change activities.
  • Maintaining rigor around assigned projects' change management.
  • Ensuring project status reporting and updating are done on time.
  • Maintaining a knowledge base of lessons learned for all assigned IT-related projects.
  • Creating project documentation and conducting knowledge transfer to Technical Account Management and IT Operations.
  • Coordinating with telecommunications service providers and/or vendors for acquisition and timely delivery of needed equipment and technical support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications (Project, Word, Excel).
  • Knowledgeable on SaaS cloud systems, data and voice networking, installation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Solid understanding of network technology: MPLS, TCP/IP, VLANs, and other Data Network technologies.
  • Proficient on voice technology: Voice, PABX, PBX, Switch, Configuration, ACD, IVR, Call loggers, Telephony, IP, and IP Telephony.
  • Understanding of Information Security and Data Protection Regulations including PCI-DSS, ISO, Risk Management frameworks.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience using knowledge base tools such as Kustomer, Zendesk, ServiceNow.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
