Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and proven experience in managing cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and deliver technical projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product, and business stakeholders.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Monitor and report project progress, proactively addressing challenges and dependencies.
  • Ensure technical solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the team.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party dependencies where applicable.
  • Drive process improvements and adoption of best practices in project management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 6–8 years of total experience, with at least 3 years in a project management role within technology or IT services.
  • Strong technical understanding of software development life cycles, system architectures, and integration.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello).
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
  • PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.
