Job Overview

The FinOps Analyst role is a key position within the Finance Shared Service Organization, responsible for delivering high-quality service delivery of accounts payable and receivable functions. This individual will partner with stakeholders across the organization to drive business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform autonomously, initiating and managing complex work projects.
  • Manage workload and establish priorities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance and best practices.
  • Serve as a consultant on finance-related projects and areas of support.
  • Act as an escalation point for resolving complex issues with internal and external business partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Masters degree or PGDM in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
  • 0-1 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting (internship experience accepted).
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
