Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers warmly and offer support as needed.
  • Listen intently to customer preferences and provide clear explanations to meet their needs.
  • Display and promote products in an appealing manner.
  • Entice customers to purchase products by highlighting their features and benefits.
  • D discuss services and products offered by the store, educating customers on what we have to offer.
  • Provide customers with product information, pricing details, and demonstrations.
  • Advise customers on suitable products within their budget.
  • Assist with wrapping and bagging customer purchases.
  • Acquire customer details and create customer codes.
  • Assist with payment processing and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Update store records and maintain sales data.
  • Report to the Store Manager daily and as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Degree or Diploma in any stream.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
  • Sales principles knowledge.
  • Relevant product knowledge.
  • Experience in retail, customer service, or sales environments.

  • Good communication skills in Hindi/Odia/English.
