Merchandiser Job Description

Ponni Fab, a renowned home textiles company based in Karur, is seeking a skilled Merchandiser to oversee customer requirements and ensure smooth production processes. This full-time role involves daily communication with buyers and suppliers, product quality control, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of customer requirements and communications
  • Production follow-up and quality control
  • Artworks and trims approvals
  • Daily coordination with buyers and suppliers
  • Customer inquiry management

Requirements:

  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Customer Service skills: Providing top-notch customer service is crucial in ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Marketing knowledge: Knowledge of marketing strategies and practices is necessary for effective product promotion.

Qualifications:
