Land Acquisition Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Land Acquisition Manager to coordinate and monitor land acquisition across multiple regional sites. The ideal candidate will have a total of 7 to 12 years of experience with minimum 5 years' experience in land acquisition and management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate land acquisition, resolve issues, and prepare periodic reports.
  • Assist in resolving land-related problems including litigation, encroachments, and revenue documentation.

Technical Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of land acquisition processes and regulations.
  • Knowledge of land laws, revenue documentation, and government compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Familiarity with Google Earth and KMZ.

Experience:

A minimum of 5 years' experience in land acquisition and management. Experience in the cement industry is preferred but not mandatory.
