Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients' physical conditions through observation, interviews, and diagnostic tests.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
  • Administer physical therapy techniques such as exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and mobility training.
  • Help patients manage acute or chronic pain through non-pharmacological approaches.
  • Assist patients in recovering mobility and strength post-surgery, injury, stroke, or neurological conditions.
  • Track and document patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
  • Teach patients and caregivers about home exercises, posture correction, ergonomic practices, and injury prevention.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate empathy and compassion when interacting with patients and their families.
  • Hold relevant qualifications in a related field, such as social work, nursing, or occupational therapy.
  • Have experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a case management role.
