SalaryWe offer a competitive salary of ₹25,000 per month based on experience and skills.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:- Client Acquisition and Growth:
- Identify and approach new clients and business opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients to secure long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to promote Trikraft Studio's services.
- Project Management and Coordination:
- Act as a key liaison between clients and the design team, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
- Work closely with the Chief Architect to align designs and strategies with client needs.
- Schedule and participate in client meetings to discuss project updates and address concerns.
- Travel and Networking:
- Travel to meet clients, visit project sites, and explore new opportunities.
- Represent Trikraft Studio at industry events, networking forums, and exhibitions to enhance the firm's visibility.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, contracts, and project progress.
- Support contract negotiations and ensure compliance with project terms and deadlines.
- An MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or client relations, preferably in architecture, design, or construction.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for meetings and site visits.
- A basic understanding of architecture and design processes is an advantage.
