Job Highlights:

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Operations Coordinator to oversee the processing of invoices and billing for our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of billing and invoicing activities, as well as experience working with GDS systems and Freshdesk.

Responsibilities include monitoring GDS refund queues, generating invoices, and maintaining timely delivery of invoices to customers.

Requirements and skills:

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle time-sensitive tasks.

Good knowledge of Refunds in GDS or Billing/Invoicing.

Fluency in English (written and oral).

Graduate with any discipline.
