Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the entire contract-to-invoice lifecycle for global SaaS agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies, revenue recognition standards, service provisioning, and legal requirements. This entails managing the complete contract implementation process, as well as leading the invoicing function to guarantee accurate, timely, and compliant customer billing.

This position serves as the Finance Point of Contact (POC) for cross-functional projects, participating in project scoping, success definition, and UAT closure. By managing upstream contracts and downstream invoicing together, this position ensures seamless revenue flow, risk mitigation, and transparent reporting.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Overseeing the entire contract-to-invoice lifecycle for global SaaS agreements.
  • Contract Implementation: Managing the complete contract implementation process.
  • Invoicing Function: Leading the invoicing function to guarantee accurate, timely, and compliant customer billing.
  • Finance POC: Serving as the Finance Point of Contact (POC) for cross-functional projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business; MBA is a plus.
  • 10–14 years of experience in finance, contracts management, invoicing, or revenue assurance in SaaS/B2B.
  • 2–3 years of experience leading contracts/invoicing/finance operations teams.
  • Prior exposure to cross-functional project delivery and system implementations is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS contracts, invoicing workflows, revenue recognition, and compliance frameworks.
  • Hands-on expertise in Salesforce CRM, CLM systems, and ERP/Finance platforms (Oracle, SAP, etc.).
  • Proficiency in UAT/project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Agile).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
