Senior Executive: Influencer Marketing Role

The role of a Senior Executive in influencer marketing involves leading the development and execution of strategies to promote products or services through influential individuals on social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Influencer Outreach & Campaign Management:
    • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers across various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand goals and KPIs.
    • Develop and execute influencer campaigns that meet the brand's objectives.
  • Content Strategy & Execution:
    • Collaborate with influencers to create high-quality, engaging content that aligns with the brand's values and messaging.
    • Ensure that all content meets the brand's guidelines and is optimized for maximum impact.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as reach, engagement, and ROI.
    • Provide detailed reports and insights to optimize future campaigns and drive business growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and creative, to ensure seamless execution of influencer marketing initiatives.
    • Coordinate with agencies and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in influencer marketing and industry developments.
    • Identify emerging influencers and innovative campaign ideas to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the beauty/wellness industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in using influencer marketing tools such as HypeAuditor, Qoruz, or similar platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness products.
