Role Overview

We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Executive to spearhead influencer-driven initiatives for our brand. The ideal candidate will be a creative, detail-oriented professional with a solid understanding of influencer ecosystems in the beauty, skincare, and grooming space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies tailored to our beauty, skincare, & grooming categories.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage beauty, lifestyle, and wellness influencers/content creators.
  • Plan and run targeted campaigns around product launches, festive seasons, and ongoing brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with brand and creative teams to design engaging influencer briefs and ensure brand alignment.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize future initiatives.
  • Stay updated with trends in the beauty and personal care influencer space to keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Maintain a structured influencer database with performance metrics.
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably with beauty, skincare, haircare, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record of managing impactful influencer campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, creator trends, and Instagram-first strategies.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with influencer tools and campaign analytics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and accountability at all times.
