Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Risk Management professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the understanding and implementation of Risk Management Framework and policies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring investment risk and tracking rebalancing timelines for open breaches.
  • Reviewing voice recordings and comparing with trades executed on a sample basis.
  • Tracking Scheme Level Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) vis-a-vis defined threshold levels on a periodic basis.

Risk Management Responsibilities:

  • Performing ground-level activities for Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) Process at a functional level.
  • Following up with stakeholders and obtaining inputs for preparation of KEY Risk Indicator (KRI) report at an AMC level.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Preparing and reporting internal Risk reports and Risk Dashboards on a periodic basis.
  • Analyzing various Risk reports prepared by and reported to the Risk Team.

Risk Management Committee (RMC) Meeting:

  • Assisting in the preparation of agenda papers and reports required for conducting the Risk Management Committee Meetings on a periodic basis.
  • Collating data from different functions/stakeholders for RMCs.

Handling Internal & External Audits:

  • Coordinating with auditors (Internal & External) for audit data requirements and facilitating the same in a timely manner.
  • Tracking and closing audit actionables, if any.

Review of Policies:

  • Helping in the review of Risk Management Framework and associated policies at a defined frequency and providing inputs for keeping the same up-to-date in line with recent regulatory environments and practices.
  • Maintaining a Risk Management policy tracker.

Requirements:

  • Ambitious MBA or CA graduate with FRM/CFA qualifications or cleared Level 1 certification.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Risk Management within the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, execution abilities, drafting skills, commitment, passion for work, eagerness to learn, teamwork, ability to perform under pressure and manage relationships with all stakeholders.
