  • Minimum 4–8 years of experience in building successful consumer brands with a proven track record in Digital-to-Customer success (food, beverage, cosmetics, or clean-label wellness)
  • Proven expertise in performance marketing, digital growth culture building & retention
  • Strong background in institutional sales, hospitality & retail partnerships
  • Fundraising experience is highly desirable
  • A strong entrepreneurial mindset, creative problem-solving skills, data-driven decision making, and resilience are essential qualities for this role
Key Objectives
  1. Scale the company into a ₹75–100 Cr functional beverage brand within 3–5 years by leveraging strategic partnerships, innovative product development, and effective channel management
  2. Drive growth across Direct-to-Consumer, marketplaces, Business-to-Business, and hospitality channels through targeted marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and community engagement
  3. Lead the development of a high-performing team and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
  4. Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and industry experts
