We are seeking a diligent and analytical professional to fill the role of Incident Response Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Detect and respond to company-wide security incidents, coordinating cross-functional teams to mitigate and eradicate threats.
  • Incident response lead for high impact cyber security incidents
  • Triage events, escalations and incidents to determine remediation and resolution actions
  • Coordinate appropriate response activities across teams or directly with stakeholders to rapidly remediate potential threats

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in SIEM and analytics tools, such as Securonix, Sentinel, or Splunk, is highly desirable.

In addition to responding to security incidents, this position will also involve developing playbooks to improve processes and information sharing across teams. The selected individual will be responsible for contributing technical and process improvements within the team and participating in current operations, including on-call rotation.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a related field
  • Strong understanding of organizational risks and threats
  • Ability to design relevant and effective detection rules
  • Familiarity with log formats, sources, and parsing for accurate data utilization in use cases
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
