Senior Propulsion Engineer

Overview:

Our company is seeking an experienced Senior Propulsion Engineer to play a pivotal role in the integration, calibration, and technical validation of UAV propulsion systems. As a key member of our engineering team, you will oversee bench tests, root cause analysis, scheduled maintenance, and post-flight propulsion assessments to ensure operational integrity across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret propulsion system blueprints and BOMs to integrate engine modules, exhaust manifolds, vibration dampers, and thermal insulation systems onto UAVs.
  • Coordinate with mechanical and avionics teams to ensure seamless integration of propulsion with flight control and mission management systems.
  • Lead alignment of the engine assembly with airframe CG, thrust line, and cooling airflow zones using CAD overlays and DTI (dimensional tolerance inspection).
