Printed Circuit Board Design Role

We are seeking a skilled engineer to join our team and contribute their expertise in designing and optimizing Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Optimization: Provide technical expertise in designing and optimizing PCBs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and manufacturing requirements.
  • Documentation: Generate detailed fabrication drawings of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and Gerber files (Artwork), and create hardware design documents that cover design analysis, notes, and guidelines followed.
  • Layout and Coordination: Perform PCB layout for analog, digital, and RF circuit boards through fabrication and assembly drawings generation, and coordinate and approve PCB layout.
  • Testing and Validation: Bring up and test PCBs and auxiliary electronics, and develop PCB layout concepts that align with efficient manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:

A relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, design, electronics engineering, embedded system engineering, ECE, or ETC is required. Preferred qualifications include:

  • At least 3 years' experience using two or more PCB designing tools from the list given below.
  • Familiarity with KiCAD, ISIS, ARES, Allegro, or similar industry-standard tools.
  • Strong knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes and materials, and fundamentals of digital and analog circuit design.
