Senior Director Digital Solutions

The Senior Director will oversee the company's technology infrastructure and digital initiatives, driving strategic leadership to deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technology & Applications
    • Develop and implement hospitality applications (PMS, POS, CRM, HRMS, Finance).
    • Ensure seamless integration between property-level and enterprise systems.
    • Collaborate with business functions to improve technology adoption, guest experience, and revenue processes.
  • Infrastructure, Security & Compliance
    • Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure across multiple properties, ensuring network reliability and uptime.
    • Implement cybersecurity and compliance frameworks.
    • Maintain and test business continuity and disaster recovery protocols.
  • Project Delivery & Business Support
    • Lead the execution of IT projects (new rollouts, upgrades, integrations), ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
    • Translate operational needs into IT deliverables, escalating strategic alignment issues.
    • Measure ROI and report on IT initiatives.
  • Vendor & Partner Management
    • Manage relationships with vendors and system integrators, track performance against SLAs.
    • Support the evaluation of new solutions and pilots.
  • Team Leadership & Capability Development
    • Lead a team of IT professionals, focusing on service orientation, performance, and growth.
    • Develop digital literacy programs for Hotel Managers and frontline teams.
    • Foster a collaborative culture that ensures smooth adoption of technology solutions.
  • Innovation & Digital Enablement
    • Execute guest-facing digital initiatives (mobile check-in, self-service kiosks, digital concierge).
    • Utilize analytics to provide actionable operational insights.
    • Champion green IT practices at the operational level.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of IT leadership experience in Hospitality, Travel, or Related Service Industries.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage distributed IT operations and deliver complex projects.
  • Hands-on understanding of cybersecurity and compliance.
  • Proven experience in vendor management and SLA governance.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to work across Operations, HR, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Effective team leader who can execute under strategic direction.
