Our organization seeks a skilled Costing and Financial Planning Manager to lead our financial operations.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in costing and plant accounting, with expertise in preparing and presenting financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards and company policies. They will also possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and reports, maintaining compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control plant expenditures, ensuring cost efficiency and optimization.
  • Cost Analysis: Analyze cost structures and identify areas for cost reduction, implementing cost control measures and tracking performance against cost targets.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory valuation as per procedure laid out, perform periodic factory and warehouse inventory audits, and analyze slow-moving inventory.
  • Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular audits, ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and audit requirements, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications
  • Education: ICWA Qualified or Semi Qualified / CMA Semi Qualified
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in Costing and Plant Accounting
  • Skill Set: Data Handling and Process Handling, Team Handling experience, Fluency in the Microsoft Office suite, Detail-oriented and analytical
