Cloud Cost Management Strategist

About the Position
- A cloud cost management and optimization platform, built to align engineering and finance, rooted in FinOps principles.
We utilize proprietary algorithms and AI-powered intelligence for real-time visibility, actionable insights, and proactive control over cloud spend without slowing down speed or scale.
Our platform enables collaboration through a shared language of cloud efficiency by aligning infrastructure usage with business goals.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Responsibilities- Advise on cloud cost management strategies across AWS (mandatory), and optionally GCP & Azure.
- Provide insightful analysis into common FinOps use cases such as showback/chargeback, forecasting, budget guardrails, anomaly detection, rightsizing, and workload optimization.
- Collaborate closely with our engineering and product teams to map real-world challenges into product features.
- Share expertise in cost allocation, tagging strategies, and governance frameworks.
- Highlight gaps in current market tools and suggest opportunities for differentiation.
- Guide adoption of FinOps best practices in alignment with the FinOps Foundation principles.
