Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial and Strategic Consultant to join our team. As an Articled Assistant, you will play a key role in providing expert advice and support to clients across various sectors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Financial Accounting and Record-keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients using TallyPrime software.
  • Management Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on client performance, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
  • Account Finalization and Financial Statement Preparation: Ensure timely finalization of client accounts and preparation of financial statements.
  • Tax Compliance: Calculate income tax liability and prepare and file income tax returns for clients.
  • TDS and GST Compliance: Compute and file TDS and GST returns as required.
  • Research and Advisory Services: Conduct research to support M&A and fund-raising projects, and provide advisory services on corporate law, income tax, international tax, and GST.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • CA Intermediate (Group Pass) or equivalent qualification.
  • Candidates with completed articleship (3-6 months) can also apply.
  • Strong knowledge of accountancy, tax laws, and corporate regulations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
