Creative Art Director Role

We are seeking a visionary Art Director to spearhead the creative vision and strategy of our campaigns. As an expert in visual storytelling, you will lead the team in crafting engaging and effective visuals across all media platforms.

  • Team Management & Mentorship:
  • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and growth among team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Executional Excellence:
  • Oversee all stages of production, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery.
  • Cross-functional Coordination:
  • Work closely with various teams to bring ideas to life cohesively across all media channels.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Applied Art, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing award-winning and culturally resonant work.
  • Strong foundation in design principles and proficiency in industry-standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
  • Experience handling large teams, multiple brands, and fast-paced timelines.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with fluency in visual storytelling.
  • Awareness of global trends in art, design, technology, and culture.
