Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Hiring: Identify and reach out to potential Subject Matter Experts through job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Onboarding: Schedule, manage interviews between SMEs and internal stakeholders and ensure seamless onboarding by managing documentation, agreements, and orientation.
  • Database Management: Maintain SME contracts, profiles, deliverables in collaboration with the program team.
  • Payment Coordination: Work with Finance to ensure timely processing of SME payments.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with content and delivery teams and act as the first point of contact for SMEs, ensuring smooth communication and engagement.
  • Process Improvements: Support the program team in refining SME hiring and engagement processes.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing/completed graduation or post-graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
