Organic Growth Specialist

A leading e-commerce brand seeks a seasoned professional to spearhead organic growth across multiple international markets. The ideal candidate will lead the company's SEO initiatives end-to-end, guiding a talented team and partnering closely with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategy & Leadership:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO roadmap for the brand.
    • Lead, mentor, and grow a small SEO team, focusing on talent development and retention.
    • Stay updated on algorithm changes and industry trends, ensuring the team remains ahead of the curve.
  • Execution & Optimization:
    • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.
    • Lead technical SEO efforts, including site audits, crawl optimization, structured data implementation, and more.
    • Collaborate with content and design teams to optimize existing assets and drive results.
    • Drive link-building, authority growth, and international SEO strategies to expand the brand's online presence.
  • Measurement & Reporting:
    • Define key SEO metrics and build actionable reporting dashboards to track progress.
    • Deliver data-driven insights to leadership and cross-functional teams, informing strategic decisions and optimizing results.
    • Continuously experiment and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and drive business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of SEO experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial/team lead role, with a proven track record of driving measurable organic growth.
  • Deep knowledge of technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building, with expertise in e-commerce and international SEO.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with data-driven decision-making skills and excellent leadership and communication abilities.
