Construction Manager Job

We are seeking a seasoned construction manager to lead the execution of our multifamily residence projects from conception to completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field of study;
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in designing and building multifamily residences;
  • Proven working experience in construction management;
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods;
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards;
  • Understanding of all facets of the construction process;
  • Familiarity with construction management software packages;
  • Ability to plan and see the big picture;
  • Competent in conflict and crisis management;
  • Leadership and human resources management skills;
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
Job Description

The successful candidate will oversee and direct construction projects from inception to completion. They will be responsible for reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs, overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations, coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors, selecting tools, materials, and equipment, and tracking inventory.
