As a senior leader in quality assurance, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of quality policies across all product categories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute quality strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements in production processes.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to maintain product quality throughout the lifecycle.
  • Manage audit processes, third-party inspections, and compliance certifications.
  • Establish key performance indicators and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Textiles/Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in textile quality assurance, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Extensive knowledge of weaving techniques and woven structures in multiple fibers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant quality management systems.
  • Knowledge of advanced quality tools and methodologies.
