Visual Experience Creator (Full-Time | Hybrid)

We are seeking a talented Visual Experience Creator to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for crafting visually stunning and user-friendly digital experiences that meet the needs of our clients.

This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring flexibility to work night shifts aligned with US business hours. If you are a creative professional with a passion for merging aesthetics with functionality, we encourage you to apply.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in visual design, including graphic design, web/app UI/UX design, and a solid understanding of responsive design principles, typography, color theory, and layout principles. You will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex design concepts to stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Create engaging visual designs, social media creatives, ad banners, and marketing collateral.
  • Design websites, dashboards, and mobile app interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate interaction and design ideas.


The successful candidate will possess a balance of creativity, technical design expertise, and attention to detail. They will be able to think strategically and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs and interfaces within project timelines. Additionally, they will maintain brand identity and visual storytelling consistency across platforms, ensuring positive stakeholder feedback and alignment of design outputs with business goals.

This role requires approximately 3-5 years of experience as a Graphics Designer and/or UI/UX Designer. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or InVision is essential. Knowledge of UX research methods, prototyping, and usability testing is also required. Familiarity with motion graphics, animations, or video editing is a plus. Prior experience in SaaS, consulting, or digital agencies is preferred.
