  • Expand perspectives to understand the problem space.
  • Empathize with users and colleagues and appreciate diverse inputs.
Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Use and analyze qualitative and quantitative data in decision making.
  • Design interactions that empower users with information.

Key Requirements:

  • 5 years of design experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a user-centered design approach.
  • Ability to communicate complex information.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and complex domains.
  • Experience with Figma, Dovetail, Maze design tools.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Experience working with enterprise or industrial software products.
  • Experience applying enterprise design systems.
