Audit Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead our external audit engagements and manage a team of professionals.

  • Manage and supervise the execution of external audit engagements for various clients.
  • Oversee large, medium scale multi-location assignments.
  • Aid in business development and expand the client base by identifying opportunities and growing current portfolio.
  • Prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity effectively.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Firm's Quality and Risk Management procedures and be able to lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of Managers, Assistant Managers, Executives, and Audit Assistants to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
  2. Assist with career development of team members and work with other managers to deploy audit staff effectively.
  3. Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients, adapting to changed work environments at different clients/locations.
  4. Meet challenging client requirements and provide exceptional service.
  5. Will to travel and adapt to changing situations.
