Our Assurance team is seeking a seasoned professional to lead end-to-end engagements, drive teams and manage complex assurance processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in English, both written and oral, and possess expert-level knowledge of accounting standards including Ind AS/ IFRS and USGAAP.

  • Expertise in financial statement analysis and compilation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Leadership and management experience in assurance services

The role involves preparing and reviewing assurance work papers, ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements. You will also act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for the team with clients, manage and supervise team members, and coordinate with internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams and manage end-to-end assurance engagements
  • Prepare and review assurance work papers, ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures
  • Act as SPOC for the team with clients, managing and supervising team members
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams, including client personnel
  • Support the team on standardization of processes, documentation, analysis of technical issues, and research solutions

Requirements:

  • CA qualification with 7+ years post-qualification experience
  • Expert-level knowledge of accounting standards, including Ind AS/ IFRS and USGAAP
  • Excellent report writing skills, including compiling presentations, memos, and relevant documents
  • Experience of working on large, complex engagements and multiple reporting environments
  • Knowledge and experience of ensuring excellent quality assurance documentation, assurance work papers, etc.
