Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and a passion for ensuring the highest standards of quality in manufacturing processes.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing quality assurance policies and procedures, performing routine inspections and quality tests, identifying and resolving workflow and production issues, and ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed.

You will also be responsible for documenting quality assurance activities, creating audit reports, and making recommendations for improvement. Additionally, you will create training materials and operating manuals, possess working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance, and have solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance or related field

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or related field

Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
