About this RoleWe are seeking a skilled Azure SQL Developer with expertise in cloud-based data solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in database development along with hands-on experience in designing and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions to support data processing and reporting.
  • Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
  • Perform data modelling, database design, and query performance tuning.
  • Manage data workflows between on-premise systems and cloud platforms.
  • Ensure high performance, availability, and reliability of data solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable data pipelines.
Required Skills:
  • Strong experience in SQL Server development (T-SQL, indexing, query optimisation).
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) for building data pipelines.
  • Proficient in ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and data transformation.
  • Solid understanding of relational database concepts, data quality, and error handling.
Nice to Have:
  • Exposure to cloud-based data analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with DevOps methodologies.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in software industry.
  • B.Tech/M.Tech in CS/IT, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
