**Job Title:** Visual Designer

About the Role:

We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to develop impactful visuals for our brand across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging graphics for YouTube thumbnails, in-app banners, social media posts, and promotional campaigns.
  • Develop infographics, illustrations, and layouts that support educational content and enhance learning experiences.
  • Cross-team collaboration: work closely with the content and marketing teams to align visuals with brand goals and campaign needs.
  • Stay updated with visual trends on YouTube, Instagram, and ed-tech platforms to ensure our designs remain fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in visual/graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar design tools.
  • Strong grasp of color theory, typography, layout design, and storytelling through visuals.
  • Understanding of digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, apps) and how visuals impact engagement and retention.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant work is mandatory. Prior experience designing YouTube thumbnails is an advantage.
