Job Title: Webcenter ExpertOur team is looking for a skilled professional to manage and upgrade our Oracle Webcenter Portal and Content system. The ideal candidate will have expertise in migrating huge volumes of documents from IBM Filenet to Oracle Webcenter, including the existing indexed fields and adding additional index fields as part of the conversion.Key Responsibilities:
  • Upgrade Oracle Webcenter Portal to the latest version.
  • Migrate huge volumes of documents from IBM Filenet to Oracle Webcenter, including the existing indexed fields and add additional index fields as part of the conversion.
  • Design and implement an optimal encryption and compression strategy with minimal performance overhead.
  • Guide and assist on the Oracle Webcenter 12c upgrade roadmap and provide training to the customer team.
  • Configure Records Management (retention policies) and implement best practices in Oracle Webcenter Content across administration, development, and maintenance.
  • Prepare a thorough technical design document as per project scope.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in Oracle Webcenter Portal and Content migration.
  • Experience with IBM Filenet and its integration with Oracle Webcenter.
  • Strong knowledge of database management systems and data structures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
