Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and support of enterprise applications. This role requires a skilled expert with at least 8 years of experience in Oracle ADF, JavaScript, and REST API integrations, strong analytical thinking skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable solutions using Oracle ADF and WebCenter Portal technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define system architecture, and deliver best-in-class solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and ensure adherence to industry standards in ADF development and WebCenter customization.
  • Design and implement ADF components, task flows, and bounded/unbounded flows that meet business needs.
  • Integrate RESTful Web Services (APIs) and external systems into ADF/WebCenter applications effectively.
  • Develop and manage custom Oracle components, ADF bindings, and WebCenter assets to enhance application performance.
  • Handle integrations using RIDC, IDOC Script, and Web Services to streamline data exchange.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and issue debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Support testing activities and production deployment to guarantee seamless application operation.
  • Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to stakeholders and team members for continuity.
  • Ensure applications are secure, reliable, and compliant with industry regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience in Oracle ADF (Application Development Framework).
  • Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, XML, and ADF lifecycle methodologies.
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining ADF-based enterprise portals that meet business needs.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle WebCenter Portal and its customization capabilities.
  • Solid experience in REST API integration, web services, and SOA concepts to enhance application functionality.
  • Hands-on experience with RIDC, IDOC Script, and ADF Business Components (BC4J) to optimize application performance.
  • Proficient in SQL and working with Oracle Database to ensure data integrity.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and debugging capabilities to resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work directly with stakeholders and team members.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Oracle WebLogic Server configuration and troubleshooting to ensure optimal server performance.
  • Experience or understanding of Oracle Identity Cloud Services (IDCS) to enhance security features.
  • Familiarity with Oracle WebCenter Content (WCC) to improve content management.
  • Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD) and version control tools like Git to streamline development workflows.
  • Certifications in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Java, ADF, or WebCenter are advantageous to demonstrate expertise.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies to improve project delivery and collaboration.
