Back End Development Position

We are seeking a skilled Back End Engineer to fill this position. The ideal candidate will have experience in Go and Python, with expertise in building scalable back-end services using these languages.

The selected individual will be responsible for designing and deploying containerized microservices using Kubernetes, optimizing graph database queries and models in Neo4j, building scalable AI agents, collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Clinical Ops teams, developing and maintaining well-tested APIs with clear documentation, participating in Agile sprint cycles, code reviews, and product planning, and contributing to CI/CD workflows in a cloud-native environment.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of backend development experience working at a product-based company
  • Strong hands-on experience with Go and Python
  • Experience with Databases as a programmer, i.e., Neo4j, MongoDB, SQL, etc
  • Proficient with API development and testing (REST or GraphQL)
  • Master's Degree or 5-10 years of relevant working experience

Bonus points for familiarity with React.js or frontend collaboration, experience with CI/CD & GCP, and a mindset of ownership, speed, and high-quality delivery in a startup setting.

This role requires that you have 5 + years of experience working with a SaaS Product.
