About the Role

Gopi Vaid Designs is a luxury fashion brand known for its exquisite kurtas and customized bridal wear.

The ideal candidate will have an eye for fashion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to ensure our products are presented in the most appealing way.

  • Build and maintain relationships with retail partners and vendors.
  • Update and track all vendor and customer orders, payments, and inventory on a daily basis.
  • Maintain product listings, add/remove ready-to-ship pieces, and ensure a consistent brand image online.
  • Collaborate on line sheets, lookbooks, and product assortments in alignment with promotional campaigns.
  • Manage direct customer interactions through various channels, sharing updates and resolving queries quickly.
  • Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure that product presentation reflects the Gopi Vaid aesthetic across all touchpoints.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in merchandising, fashion retail, or customer-facing roles with lifestyle/fashion brands.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with stores and vendors.
  • Hands-on knowledge of digital tools like Shopify, Excel, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to balance operational efficiency with creativity and attention to detail.
  • Education in Fashion Management, Merchandising, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
