About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled New Product Development Manager to drive innovation and growth within our R&D function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End NPD Management: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle—from ideation, formulation, trials, regulatory assessments, to commercialization.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster close partnerships with R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to ensure smooth translation of concepts into market-ready products.
  • Regulatory Leadership: Partner with regulatory and quality teams to ensure products meet all relevant standards before launch.
  • Documentation and Governance: Develop and maintain technical dossiers, trial reports, regulatory submissions, and IP-related documentation while ensuring adherence to stage-gate processes, timelines, and budgets.
  • Risk Management: Anticipate and resolve formulation, scale-up, or compliance bottlenecks with clear mitigation strategies.
