We are looking for seasoned footwear industry professional with a strong background in sneakers or casual shoes, product development, and large-scale manufacturing. A dynamic leader to drive new product development and manufacturing excellence at one of India's fastest-growing sports and casual footwear brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end product development (from concept to commercialization)
Manage factory operations and 3rd party vendor relationships
Drive planning, process efficiency, and scalable production systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—design, engineering, sourcing, QA
Travel to plants across India and to China (quarterly) for production alignment
Lead and mentor a team of 15–20 people across geographies
Ideal Candidate:
20+ years in footwear (sneakers/casual) with global exposure
Experience working with brands like Nike, Adidas, Puma, etc., or their Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers
Hands-on expertise in product design, development, and large-volume production
Strong vendor base in Vietnam, China, India
Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and operational excellence
Willing to travel internationally and to plant locations as required
