Ultra High Net Worth and High Net Worth Client Advisory Roles

This is a challenging position that requires experienced professionals to manage the financial needs of ultra high net worth and high net worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships to increase revenue from investment products and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to cross-sell third-party products, including mutual funds, portfolio management services, alternative investment funds, loans against shares, IPOs, and insurance.
  • Handle client inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring prompt resolutions.
  • Analyze client financial requirements and develop tailored portfolios to meet their needs.
  • Mentor and guide advisors on advising skills through regular coaching and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with product manufacturers and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless services.
  • Ensure timely and effective solutions for client advisory and operational issues.
