Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee project management activities, resources, equipment, and information. If you're a passionate self-starter with exceptional organizational skills, this role is ideal for you.

This position requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to play a critical role in the management and enhancement of core technology products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project planning, timelines, and milestones
  • Break projects into actionable steps and set realistic deadlines
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders
  • Collaborate with team members to eliminate blockers and improve project efficiency
  • Utilize tools to track working hours, plans, and expenditures
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Expertise in conflict resolution
  • Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability
  • Proficiency with related software tools, including but not limited to JIRA, MS Excel, etc.
  • Expert in Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Able to review and define coding structure (if needed)
